For setting goals, you can ask everyone to play a game with you. The game would start by asking anyone to play with you to reach number 20; whoever reaches number 20 first wins the game. The player can add a maximum of 2 to the number the other person has selected. You can reach number 20 if you have 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, or 17 with you. You can brief them about setting goals and celebrating milestones. For any assistance, please feel free to call [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons]. Maybe this activity would help.

You can ask the employees to form a group of 2-5 people and give them some puzzles. The puzzle should be such that it cannot be solved without writing it down. Give them 3-5 minutes to solve it without using paper and pen. If they are unable to solve it, allow them to use paper and pen, then communicate the answer from the whole team.

Conclusion

Written goals are more clear and precise. Written goals have a way of transforming wishes into wants; can'ts into cans; dreams into plans; and plans into reality. Don't just think it—ink it!
