Need Help Drafting a Travel Annexure: What Are Standard Industry Rates for Accommodation and Allowances?

Hi All, I am working in a company as an HR Executive. Recently, a new Business Head joined our company for whom we have offered a salary of Rs. 12 lakhs per annum. Now, I am asked to prepare a tour annexure for him, wherein I need to mention the following things:

- Outstation accommodation charges up to _____/- for Metro cities
- Outstation accommodation charges up to _____/- for other cities
- Outstation daily allowance towards food expenses _______/-
- I also need to know what charges are normally paid in the industry as local conveyance for using a four-wheeler.

Kindly help me with your opinions and experience to fill up the above amounts properly. Also, guide me on any other things I should include in the travel policy paper. I am waiting for replies at the earliest.

Overseas Travel Policy Suggestions Needed

I have been asked to prepare an overseas travel policy for Singapore, Dubai, Mauritius, and Hong Kong. Can anyone please suggest how I should decide the limits for airline, accommodation, food, etc.? Kindly suggest how to go about designing the policies.
