Research Project On Assessing Stress Level Of Employees In Consultancies

I'm currently pursuing my MBA in HR in Madurai and I have a keen interest in Recruitment. I am presently working on my project at a small consultancy where I am involved in the end-to-end recruitment process. Due to my strong connections with friends working in various consultancies, I can empathize with the stress levels they experience in their roles.
