Research Project On Assessing Stress Level Of Employees In Consultancies

I'm doing my MBA(HR) in Madurai.I'm interested in Recruitment currently doing my project in a small consultancy where I have an opportunity to do end to end recruitment process.Since having good contacts with my friends(working in different consultancies),I can understand the stress level of their jobs.
