Please guide me. I am an MBA in HRD and responsible for conducting a training program for ground-level staff in a retail industry. What should be the parameters for an effective training program? It should not be too professional.

Training programme in the retail sector will include the following parameters:

1. Emphasizing on grooming of the sales executive
2. Greeting the customer
3. Maintaining a relationship with the customer
4. Discipline
5. Product knowledge training
