I am new member of CiteHR . I am working as Hr Executive in Software firm. The company started very recently . I am the only person who have to take care of all HR Activities.
I need to develop various policies and practices. For that now i have to prepare Joining report for my employees . Can any one send me models of joining reports otherwise give me guidance just like what information should be placed in joining report.

All organisations make different kinds of Joining reports. Coz if a organisation is already getting all basic details in different data form( Personal data form) then the joining reports remain very simple.
Following are the details required in the joining report

Dt. of Birth : Dt. of Joining :
Division : Blood group

a) Spause Name : Date Of Birth :
Wedding Date :

I have included a sample joining report useful for small organisations. But you may have to modify it depending on the needs of your company.
As part of the joining, you may also want the employee to fill out certain statutory forms for PF, ESI, Gratuity etc. as may be applicable to your organisation.
