Would like to know what are the fees of a soft skill trainer and how are they determined.

The fees depend on one's expertise and standing in the profession. If you are a very new one in the trainers profession, give the ball to the firm engaging you to fix up the fees. You may some times get a fantastic fee!
In case the fees is not very high, still take the engagement as it will give you good experience to grow in the profession. Good luck.

Are you a training provider or training seeker,( deciding trainers & fees) ???
Only then answers can be relevant.
If you are a trainer, go by the advice of Mr R Sundararajan.
If you are a training seeker, treat the trainer as you would want to be treated as a trainer.
