Regarding NET JRF In Management

I am Shilpa. This is my first post, but I have been consulting this webste from a long time.
i want some information regarding the UGC NET JRF and Lecturership Programme in Management subect. I have done MBA (Finance) and now I wist to give the NET exam.
Please guide me regarding the lecturership and JRF programme in NET for this year. Also if possible, which is the better option, JRF or lecturership.

Hi Shilpa,

The choice is yours. If you want to take up Teaching as your profession then you can chose only Lectureship Program and that is the first half of the test in NET.

If you want to take up Research work i.e. peruses your PhD. then you need to do lectureship and JRF program first test would be on lectureship and the next test is for JRF. If you score well you can get into any University under UGC NET and start your PhD. they would provide you Stipend amount when you start you PhD.
