Hi,
I am banker in pune ,i want to know how to calculate Variable dearness Allowance?what is the CPI for Pune?
Please tell me what will be the my VDA for Feb 2011
my salary Details are as follows
CPI = 16796
VDA =1960
Base =361
Every Rise in index multiply by 3.75
Basic Pay is Rs.1725
FDV is 225%
