How Do I Calculate My Variable Dearness Allowance Using Pune's CPI for February 2011?

Hi, I am a banker in Pune. I want to know how to calculate Variable Dearness Allowance. What is the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Pune? Please tell me what will be my VDA for February 2011. My salary details are as follows:

CPI = 16796
VDA = 1960
Base = 361
Every rise in the index multiplies by 3.75
Basic Pay is Rs. 1725
FDV is 225%
