How Do I Calculate Professional Tax in Kerala? Seeking Help with State-Specific Slabs

Can anybody let me know how to calculate Professional Tax? I understand the rates vary from states, but for Kerala, can anyone send across the slabs to me at nivi.nitya@gmail.com?

The attached PT slab applies to the whole of Kerala; therefore, no separate rate is applicable to Trivandrum.
