Measuring Motivation: What Tools Can Accurately Gauge Laborers' Drive?

I'm doing a project on the motivational level of laborers. Can anyone suggest which tool would be appropriate to measure the motivational level of 100 laborers with an educational background of SSLC? Please help.

It's good to hear that you have a beautiful name, but the only issue is that our perceptions, our thoughts, which I refer to as thinking skills - negative or positive, make a big difference.
