Dear Sir,

I am working in an FRP products manufacturing company. I want to start an HR department in my company, where no HR activities have been carried out previously. Can anyone guide me on how to start it and what necessary policies and procedures to maintain? Also, please advise on the essential records to maintain by the HR department.
