IJP stands for Internal Job Posting. I cannot access those sites from the office; hence, I am collecting information from other sources.

I am sorry, you can always go to an internet cafe and access the websites to download them. When do you have to do the presentation? In what industry do you work? Do you have a job specification for the job you have applied for, and can you make that "public"? Without knowing the details, it is difficult to guide you.
