I am working for an engineering company as an HR Executive. My manager wants me to come up with more HR activities that will make the employees more interactive, help them look forward to coming to work, enjoy the company's environment, and feel satisfied. Could you please give me some suggestions?

To create such an environment, you should provide both statutory and non-statutory welfare facilities for the well-being of employees. Additionally, conducting periodic performance reviews and acknowledging individual potential through promotions and increments, as appropriate, is essential.

It is important to also recognize and reward high performers with appreciation, cash rewards, etc., as this can positively impact employee performance. Organizing games, sports events on various festive occasions, arranging picnics for employees' families, providing bonuses, and fostering a sense of belongingness will undoubtedly contribute to creating a positive working atmosphere, aligning with your manager's expectations.
