New to Telecom HR: How Do I Create Effective Policies and Find Top Talent in Delhi/NCR?

Hi All,

I am joining a telecom company at a middle level in HR. I am supposed to formulate policies and procedures for the same. I will also be responsible for hiring people up to the senior level.

I am not from the industry, so kindly suggest to me on the same and also recommend some good vendors for telecom hiring in Delhi/NCR.
