i would like to know about the roles & Responsibilties of HR Manager if working in any factory. kindly help me out. as i am going to start my career first time as manager hrd.

1. First u have to understand company's time office system.
2. Watch to gate available for incoming and outgoing of employees.
This lession is one i will give another next time.
