How Do I Calculate the Cost of Interview and Hire? Need Your Help!

My company gave me a task to calculate the Cost of Interview and Cost of Hire. Please help me to do so.

Dear Visa,

a) Can the cost of the interview be implied as the cost of recruitment? In this case, the costs taken into consideration will include:
- Communication costs: cost of sending letters/telegrams, if any, video conferencing cost, etc.
- Reimbursements for travel tickets.
- You can go one step further and also compute the hourly cost of involving senior executives for the interview panel.

b) The cost of hire will include:
- Cost as per (a) above
- Medical examination charges
- Antecedent verification charges
- Pay package offered to the selected employee.

I hope this clarifies your doubts.
