i my company gave a task to calculate Cost of Interview and Cost of Hire.... Please Help me to do so.........

a) Cost of interview can be implied as Cost of recruitment ? also -
In this case the costs taken into consideration will be -
-> Communication costs-cost of sending letters/telegrams, if any, video
conferencing cost, etc.
-> Reimbursements of travel tickets.
-> You can go one step further and also compute hourly cost of
involving senior executives for the interview panel.
b) Cost of Hire will be -
-> Cost as per (a) above
-> Medical examination charges
-> Antecedent verification charges
-> Pay package offered to the selected employee.
Hope this will clarify your doubts.
