a) Can the cost of the interview be implied as the cost of recruitment? In this case, the costs taken into consideration will include:
- Communication costs: cost of sending letters/telegrams, if any, video conferencing cost, etc.
- Reimbursements for travel tickets.
- You can go one step further and also compute the hourly cost of involving senior executives for the interview panel.
b) The cost of hire will include:
- Cost as per (a) above
- Medical examination charges
- Antecedent verification charges
- Pay package offered to the selected employee.
