I am currently working as an HR Executive with an IT firm in Dubai, with one year of experience. Recently, I sent a job offer for a Sales Engineer position. However, the candidate is not ready to accept the offer as his expectations are higher than what we offered. I want to send a convincing letter to encourage him to sign this offer without increasing the salary, but by highlighting the potential for earning a good commission (which we didn't inform him about earlier). Our commission scheme is as follows:
- 60% to 80% achievement: $500
- 80% to 100% achievement: $750
- 100% and above: $1500
