The Finance Minister - Mr. Pranab Mukherjee has introduced the Union Budget 2011-12 in Parliament yesterday.
Please find attached a file containing summary of the relevant Direct Tax Provisions introduced in the said budget.

Can anyone help me to know if TDS is applicable when rent is received from outside india (in convertiable foreign exchange) for a property in India. If yes what is the limit and rate.
