One suggestion: Analyze attrition at various stages like hiring, training, pilot/probation period itself, and in a year or two. Add parameters like functional area, supervisor/person in charge, etc. This would provide plenty of opportunities to make improvements.

2. How do they assess the aspirant's interest towards the job/interview?
3. How do they counsel the right aspirant who is not interested in joining?
4. How will they gauge the aspirant's attitude?
5. What motivating factors help them achieve their goals?

You can ask questions related to recruitment by providing certain options in case it is a closed questionnaire. Please let me know your suggestions on the above matter.

Thank you for providing guidelines on the questionnaire. What else I want to add are budgeted and non-budgeted candidates, attrition rate, and types of selection tests. Questions can be asked on these topics.

You can even do a rating of the various recruiters associated with your company based on the lead time between sending the requirement and receiving the resumes, or the number of quality resumes sent and the number of candidates finally selected.
