Hi, in the case of availing EDLI exemption, every establishment is required to file a monthly return Form 7 IF. I want to know whether Form 5 and Form 10 fulfill the requirement, or do we also need to file Form 7 IF separately on a monthly basis?
Also, if Form 7 is to be filed separately, is there any penal provision for not filing Form 7?
