i am appoint as a receptionist and office timing is 9.00 to 5.00 and the timing of join and then the timing is not fix and i was handle the whole department first inn reception there is tow people working as receptions and assistant but when i was join i was only one person handle the reception and mediclaim(TPA Department) also handle so i want to request to director for promotional and increment in my salary and the manger no give to response me
