How can we all give you a personal development plan for people working in your organization? Dear, what others have made was for their people in their respective organizations. As Jacob suggested, scan their appraisal form, do TNA and identification, and then sit with them and their respective superiors for preparing their PDP. If you want a format, please do a search in the forum, and you will get plenty of formats on how to prepare PDP. Once you prepare it, you can ask forum members to give their comments to make it better.
