Salary Structure Design [Thread 321840]

hello,
I am a fresher and recently joined an organisation. I need to prepare a salary budget for
10 sales executive, 4 sales manager and 1 marketing manager.I have really no idea how to design this on
the basis of degree, experience and knowledge. please suggest me something.

if any employee met with accident in factory,is esic give financial benefit before 09 months for treatment or any sickness benefit.

Dear seniors
tell me details regading CTC then deductions in ctc and net salary. here i attached one ctc structure so, what will be the net salary.

I want to design a new salary structure for my company..pls guide me .. the company is a distributorship of LPG .. I want to know the basic std structure for salary.
