Management Trainee Induction Programme

Hi,
We have recently recruited management trainees from various B-schools. I need to design an induction program for them. The duration of the program is 3 months. Please advise as to what all can be included.

The Holistic programme can be designed spanning whole week. It must include Attitude Development, Communication Development, Leadership Skills, Life Skills, Initiatives, Motivational etc..To know more, let me know ...as I have all the modules well designed to cater to their developmental needs.
