UAE Dubai HR Contact

Hi All,
We have recently started one of our offices in UAE Dubai. I am facing difficulty in getting the required details regarding the appointment letter drafts, maintaining employee files and records and other employee related HR process in Dubai.
We are shifting three of our employees to Dubai.
I was successful in getting the information of UAE Labor Laws. Also managed to prepare the employment contract & appointment letters .But since there are other HR related process for which I would require certain help initially, I would request if I could get the contact details of the HRs in UAE Dubai. Or u can reply to this thread and hence we can then have a conversation through this site as well...

I have issued an appointment letter mentioning the break up of their CTC as their base salary and the allowances. Please help me with a proper CTC break up as per UAE labor laws. I have also come across that there are certain employee files which we need to maintain. Can u plz throw some light on the same.

What are the recruitment terms and conditions like recruitment fees/ charges is it same as in india like 8.33% or 10.00% etc, i m keen on getting a sample. If anyone of you has this information , please share.

It is the same as in India but without Service Tax. But few companies are even charging 12 - 16% depending on the level of positions.

Thanks Suresh , is there no service tax concept in dubai / i guess everything is tax free , what about TAX deduction do deduct the taxes on our services.

IS your company is based in India or UAE ? If it is india and then you can charge service tax and if it is in UAE then Service Charges are not applicable.
