Struggling with HR Processes in Dubai? Seeking Contacts and Advice for a Smooth Transition

Hi All, We have recently started one of our offices in UAE Dubai. I am facing difficulty in getting the required details regarding the appointment letter drafts, maintaining employee files and records, and other employee-related HR processes in Dubai. We are shifting three of our employees to Dubai.

I was successful in getting the information on UAE Labor Laws and also managed to prepare the employment contract and appointment letters. However, since there are other HR-related processes for which I would require certain help initially, I would request if I could get the contact details of the HRs in UAE Dubai. Alternatively, you can reply to this thread, and we can then have a conversation through this site as well.

CTC Breakdown and Employee Files

I have issued an appointment letter that specifies the breakdown of their CTC into their base salary and allowances. Kindly assist me in providing a proper CTC breakdown as per UAE labor laws. I have also learned that there are specific employee files that we must maintain. Could you please provide some insight into this matter?

It is the same as in India but without Service Tax. However, a few companies are even charging 12-16%, depending on the level of positions.

Is your company based in India or UAE? If it is in India, then you can charge service tax, and if it is in UAE, then service charges are not applicable.
