How Can We Craft a Special Birthday Message for Our CEO on the Intranet?

Dear All,

We have an intranet where we used to wish employees on their birthdays. Our CEO's birthday is on Monday. What kind of wishes can be put on the intranet? Could anybody help me in drafting the same? I have regular wishing phrases, but I want to include some nice phrases to wish him. Please assist me in this regard.
