I would like to create a salary plan for the power sector for each designation. What should I do? Should I provide an annual increment for up to 3 years and promote him/her after 3 years? If a promotion is due and the position is not vacant, should I increase the salary according to the new rank in the ranking system? How can I establish a ranking system? Is it possible to fix the salary increment rate at a certain percentage for some and base it on performance for others?
