Considering an HR Career in the Service Sector: Is a Hospital Job the Right Move?

Hello everyone, I have completed an MBA in HR. I have received a job offer from a hospital. I am considering whether I should accept it. Can I progress in the service sector? Is the service sector the right industry for a career in HR?

First of all, you have to clarify which sector you want to pursue. I don't think it's a bad idea to enter the service sector; every field has its own benefits and criteria. The choice is in your hands.
