Curious About 90-Degree Performance Appraisals? What Are They and How Do They Work?

I'm doing my training in one of the leading stockbroking houses. They have a 90-degree appraisal. Can anyone tell me what a 90-degree performance appraisal is and what its format is?

Hello Ruchi,

90 degrees = one-person review (self or another, e.g., the boss)
180 degrees = two-person review (self and boss)
270 degrees = three-person review (self, boss, and peers or direct reports)
360 degrees = four-person review (self, boss, peers, and direct reports)
