Pay Roll Process - Xls Download

Hello seniors:
I am ruban pursuing MSW(HR) in mar gregorios college. Actually i prepared one payroll process. I am attaching a file pls go throught it and give me a suggestions to improve my self. Seniors hopefully waiting for your replys.Actually before i prepared one i posted in cite hr with that suggestion i revised this. pls give your suggestion and correction.

Note: Sum of PF., P.T. AND ESIC should be deudted from earned salary.

I found a mistake in Employers EPF Contribution. Mistakenly you have considered 15,000 instead of 6,500.

Dear Rupan,
Your HRA=40% of gross and it cannot be more than 50% of Basic. So kindly rectify it.
Your sheet need to be more organized way.

In your sheet still you have calculated the ESI contribution of employee & employer on the basis of Gross per month but it should be on actual salary, and also you have calculated the P.F. contributions of employer on the basis of Gross per month but it should be on the basis of earned Basic yesh the checking of PF applicablity may be on the basis of actual basis.

limits for pf deduction if ceiling at 6500.
deduction of welfare fund for employee and employers too.

If we read the definition of of employee in Shops of Establishment Act of Punjab
employee works on piecerate ,
This means one is free to work whether it is on daily wage basis.
Thus employees are working on piecerate rate basis .And I want to develop a standard piecerate salary sheet where I cen get his deductions on PF, ESI, W.F. etc.
His individual job cards( the details of his pieces made on any specific days.

what is percentage of admin charges ? y employer is paying the admin charges anyway employer is already paying 12%?

Hi,
It appears the basic Information Sheet. Also while going thro' the Sheet U have given 12%PF on the Total Baisc itself. Is is not the Basic reduced for leave Period.
