Are there any policies, rules, and regulations regarding women employees' work timings and overtime work in MNCs? Is there any act to restrict the work pressure of MNC employees? Some companies are distressing employees with their restless working hours, persisting that employees work for more than 12 hours per day without week offs and leaves, irrespective of the conditions.
Who can put a check on such a type of work culture? Who can control this?
I would like to know the Indian HR policies for MNCs. Could you please clarify my doubt?
