Hi all, are there any policies, rules, and regulations regarding women employees' work timings and overtime work in MNCs? Is there any act to restrict the work pressure on MNC employees? Some companies are distressing employees with their relentless working hours, insisting that employees work for more than 12 hours per day without weekends off and leaves, irrespective of the conditions.
