This act is not available online. You may consult Bare Acts for that. Also, this act is state-based. For instance, I belong to Lucknow; hence, the Act applicable here would be the Uttar Pradesh Shops & Commercial Establishment Act 1962.

As for the publication, I have this act printed by Eastern Book Company. Their books would be available in Indore as well. Check this out.
