Hi all,

I ran into this site a couple of days back, but was too tied up and was traveling so did not get a chance to either introduce myself or post my views. However, now that I am here and have already posted a couple of things on the site, I'd really like to get to know as many of you as I can. Hoping to learn a lot from all of you and also share whatever I can.

Here's a tad bit about me - I am a clinical psychologist who has specialized in psychometrics, in addition to being a soft skills trainer. My profession is to design behavioral assessment packages and training modules, and I work for one of the biggest players in the industry.
