My name is Zafar, I'm new HR manager in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) distribution company.
I need very urgently annual activity plan for HR department for me and my team (Sales Trainer & Recruiter)
Please if you have such plan or maybe template attach it here, it will be usefull for a lot of members

HR Activity plan is very similar to the monthly activity report except it’s a plan which would contain the following segments
• No of employee organization is planning to recruit
• No of employees designated to specific training program
• What are the planned In house training
• No of local training planned
• No of business trips planned
• No of overseas training planned
• No of academic sponsorship planned
• What is the budget allocated to each plan
• What are the planned promotions
• What are the budgeted increments
• What are the planned projects
