HR Activity plan is very similar to the monthly activity report, except it's a plan that would contain the following segments:

- Number of employees the organization is planning to recruit
- Number of employees designated for specific training programs
- Planned in-house training
- Number of local training sessions planned
- Number of business trips planned
- Number of overseas training sessions planned
- Number of academic sponsorships planned
- Budget allocated to each plan
- Planned promotions
- Budgeted increments
- Planned projects
