Our company is a private limited company. We are in the process of developing HR policies specifically tailored for a private limited company regarding various types of leave. Can anyone provide suggestions on how to effectively formulate HR policies concerning leaves?

Hi Sripeksha, as Shaik mentioned, we can provide the above-mentioned leaves. CL (12/year) and SL (12/year) cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year, whereas PL can be carried forward for a maximum of 24 days as per the statutory.

Casual leave cannot be carried forward, unlike other types of leave such as SL and EL, which can be forwarded. Please correct me if I am wrong.
