Ours is a private limited Company. We are proposing to frame HR policies for types of leaves that are applicable to a Private Limited company. can anyone suggest how to frame HR policies for the leaves

You may provide leave to employee like
1. Earned Leave
2.Casual leave
3.Sick leave
4.Maternal leave

Hi Sripeksha,
As shaik mentioned we can provide the above mentioned leaves, in which CL (12/year) and SL (12/year) cannot be carried forwarded to the next Calender Year. Whereas PL can be carry forwarded for maximum 24 days as per the Statutory.

Could anyone tell what is the maternity leave salary payable to a women employee?
Is it full months's salary or half a months salary?

i m working as hr executive in an architecture& interior designing Company...i have been told to make leave(for the employees) for the whole year.and i dont have any idea how to make this leave policy for them as this is the first time this company is thinking about this ...so can any body help me in making the leave for the employees...plz sombody help me..as i have to sumbit it tomorrow..?

Dear Ragav,
Casual leave only cannot be carried forwarded others leave like SL and EL can be forwarded. Correct me if i wrong.
