Transportation Policy For Female Employee

Will anyone can share with me regarding Transportation Policy for Female employee.

In my company, transportation is provided through Buses (for both men and women) and if, in any case, a female employee has to stay long, (after 7pm in summer and after 6 pm in winter) she gets company's car to the nearest taxi stand or wherever she can easily get a cab or conveyance. But in any case, after 8pm, company car drops her at her place (drop at the door policy)

I have it but it's a part of our HR Policy document which is a bit confidential. Sorry, I can;t share that but will try to answer your every question
