Peer Mohamed Sardhar also for noticing & Sharing this great fact with Joy among all of Us !!! :D Mr. Peer, please accept my sincere best wishes so that U and all of the other members keep contributing all valuable & useful inputs (As U had been continually doing it in the past !!! Great Sir, Hats off to u !!! :) )

Let us all start contributing the best which we have and thus collectively this CiteHR down the line 3 years and ahead becomes the world's largest Pool of Information, Knowledge, Case Studies, and lots of other inputs of HR related issues ... so much so that u may not have to open a book or go to Library or any other person for any kind of Doubt/information & guidance on HR ... Anything & Everything would eventually be available here itself on CiteHR !!!!! !!!!! !!!!!
