Hello seniors, I am Ruban pursuing MSW (H.R). I have a lot of queries to ask, please help me out.

Queries on HR Topics

1. What does "ceiling" mean?
2. How do you calculate the professional tax?
3. What is the percentage of PF admin contribution?
4. Is there a minimum amount for the employer contribution in PF?
5. What is included in the CTC? If you have a soft copy, please send it to me.
6. How do you calculate the salary split-ups?

These are my doubts, please help me out.
