With reference to the subject above, if you are the contractor, please collect Form V under the Contract Labour Act from your principal employer. Fill out Form IV in triplicate, attach it with Form V, and apply to the Labour Department for a labor license.

If you wish to register your own establishment as a principal employer under the Contract Labour Act, you must fill out Form 01 in triplicate and submit it to the Labour Department for a Registration Certificate.

If you want to register the establishment as a manpower service provider, you have to register under the Shops and Establishments Act.
