Effective Salary Slip Software and HR Setup Guidance

I have recently joined a company where I have to start from scratch in the HR department. Can anyone help me out? Do we have any software for salary slips where we can upload the data of the employees on a monthly basis and generate salary slips? Please guide me on the correct procedure for this.

I am confused about the Excel file you have sent. Do I need to work on it individually for each person?

It's an individual-wise Excel. Just enter the data in the salary structure sheet, and it will calculate automatically.

I need the terms and conditions of the IT company as mentioned in the offer letter and appointment letter. This should include details about leaves, notice period, company policy, and conditions when employees are working on client projects.
