- EX-GRATIA: 11,570.5 (Ex-gratia is for one-time payment, whereas Special Allowance is for monthly...)
- GRATUITY: 12,699 (4.81%)

Annual Salary: 264000 (SUM of total components * 12)

In CTC, you can include all amounts that are visible in the salary slip, employer contributions (PF/ESI, if applicable), bonus/ex-gratia, and any monetary benefits given to employees by the company. This is called CTC, which means Cost to Company. In this, you have to include all those monetary benefits given by the company as compensation.

I have a doubt as to whether non-monetary benefits are also included in CTC, such as hospital facilities, canteen facilities, and housing facilities. Please give your opinion on this.
