Help Required!!!!!!!!!

This is Rinky!!! I am new in IT recruitment. So I am looking for some technical questions (for IT recruiter)!!!! How do I judge that the candidate has enough experience or not? What type of questions do I ask them?

Being an IT recruiter, what specific questions do I ask? What are the desired skills, additional, etc...?

Vinita

Thanks for your response, Shruti! But there is no such placement paper on this website. They have KPO, and they are basically into Architecture, Interiors, Urban Design & Landscape. I'm looking for something in Software Development, Client-Server, Application Programming, ERP/CRM, something like that!

Hi Rinki,

Firstly, you should know the technical aspects. Browse the information first and prepare a questionnaire for the interview yourself. Also, you should mainly check with your company first on which platforms you are working. Then, you can conduct the interviews.

Thank you, Aru!

I'll try to search for the technical issues but still seeking some help on the Microsoft Platform. Basically, we are looking for Microsoft Technologies.

Hey Aru!!! This is Rinky.

Now, can you help me with this matter? I have to prepare a PPT by Saturday for my Senior VP-HR.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Rinki,

As someone mentioned before, look through your company profile and the type of platforms they work on. Try speaking with your technical leads or your technical panel and understand the requirements they have. Based on those, prepare your questions. You can also ask for their help in letting you know what sort of questions you can ask the potential or probable candidate. However, try not to ask more than 10 short questions related to their profile. The first level of the interview at your end should ideally not last for more than 5-7 minutes.

Dear Rinky,

If you are new to recruiting IT candidates, simply review the resume and begin by asking about their achievements. Assess their responses confidently to determine if they possess good knowledge. You will gain more insight after conducting a few interviews; this stage requires intelligence.

Thanks,
