Is Taxsmile Reliable for Filing I.T. Returns? Seeking Experiences and Advice from Users

I filed the I.T. returns for 2009-10 through Taxsmile.com online by paying Rs.150/-. However, so far, no acknowledgment has been received regarding the returns filing. Does anyone have experience with Taxsmile? Is the website genuine or fraudulent? Please share your experience, if any.

On seeing my posting here, Taxsmile representative called me over the phone and clarified the issue. The reason was a mistake in the email ID entered while filling out the form. This is why they could not send the communication to me. I sincerely thank them for taking action based on my post. Kudos to CiteHr as well.
