Hi, As per my Appointment Letter my appointment is on probation for six months.
I have successfully completed the tenure of six months of probationary period and have also provided my review inputs to the HR team. However, it's been quite some time I haven't yet heard about my probation confirmation. Kindly guide me with a sample reminder letter about how I write to my company. regarding my confirmation that they confirm my appointment & send me the confirmation letter.

Even I am going thru the same dilemma..I have complted my six month in the month of January and now it amost eight month. the clause in mi ofer leetr clearly mentioned confirmation and hike in salary. I had droped down a mail but no reply from the directors.
Can you plz provide me with the Sample remimnder letter to reach and remind them for my confirmation and hike.

Just drop an email to your HR team that you had been successfully completed your probation period which is mention in your appointment letter. And ask them to provide you a letter of confirmation letter ASAP.

You could probably address a polite letter to HR saying something like this:
I joined ---department on ----date and my probation period was for ---- months,which got completed on ----date.
I request you to confirm that my probationary period has been completed and i a=have confirmed as on ---- date.
My advice is to learn to write correct English.
Your habit of capitalising your words is poor English.
Use full stops to end sentences.
Do not start sentences with --As.
Writing good English following grammatical rules will help a lot in your career.
