ur ctc format is good but some change is required as follows
u have made the pf deduction on 6500 d/- only but this is where 6500 apply only pension scheme and edli basic only remain u have to take whole basic
hence, pls change in ctc pf contribution on whole basic
pf admin charge payble by employer only so, pls remove it.
If like shown, employee will ask to high ring salary on depends on sitvation
this for suggestion, pls ur comment pls
