I am working in private company as liaison since from last three years. My basic salary is 5000 after doing hard work my salary is now 13000 since from November 2014. The company deduct an amount of rs 525 per month from my salary from April 2014 to October 2014 and from November 2014 to July 2015 of rs 969 as Provident Fund. I request to management give me Provident Fund account number but they donot give the same, after that I submit an application regarding release my Provident Fund but I get reply from management that there is no PF there is Employees welfare fund I submit another application that release my welfare fund I get reply from management only half amount shall be disbursed In my favour because this is company policy I am helpless kindly help me regarding the same.
