Ya Bharat, as you said, only a minor change is needed. We have to delete the 2 which I added to round off for our company in account no 10 for pension. It's not totally wrong; I made it for my company's purpose. Apart from that, you can go ahead, guys. Special thanks to Bharat for informing and all the above friends. Please find attached the fresh one. I'll change the main attachment also.

Ha ha Dinesh, it's not the relative of CiteHR. I hope it's useful to many people here, that's what I need. If you have good emails, you can definitely share them with others.

Thank you.

Hi, I am unable to understand it. Please try to elaborate and help me understand with more explanation. Thank you so much, guys, for getting used to this.

Understanding PF Monthly Challans

Raju, it's easy. Go to the combined challans PF and enter the wages for the month in account no 1. Similarly, enter the pension wages in account no 10. It automatically generates the PF to be paid for the month.

Can you please explain more about this sheet? I didn't understand the calculation of PF. I think PF is contributed equally by both the employer and the employee (12% of basic salary). However, I didn't see this reflected in your sheet.

Hi sir,

Thanks for sharing this PF challan automatic calculations format; it's really very useful and time-saving. Last time when I met our PF Consultant, he was using this type of format. I asked him, but he said it's software and he couldn't provide it. Now, I got it from you, sir. Thanks once again.

Vensha
