How Can We Boost Attendance and Retain Contract Workers in Pharma with Fresh Incentives?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for some interesting and innovative ways to improve attendance and retain contract workers in the Pharma industry through an incentive program. Most of them are unskilled or semi-skilled workers. I really hope all members of this site contribute and let their imaginations run wild (Great ideas spring from crazy thoughts sometimes! Right????) I am keen to bring a little freshness around here!

Hi Vidya,

Probably, most of them have migrated. Provide some telecom facilities to help them stay in touch with their families. Have a visiting doctor weekly at their camp location, in addition to first aid services. Consider offering more incentives as well.
