Yes, it is a very interesting article, and the facts and figures mentioned tell us the true story of Indian Inc. and the figures they hide from everyone. It is also a very thought-provoking article. If the Indian CEOs are paid at par with the Global CXOs, then why not the other people as well? Why just compare the CEOs globally?

No doubt that CEOs strategize the growth and numbers, but if we have to adapt Global standards for compensation, let's revise the whole thing from bottom to top.

I would really like all of you to be a part of this discussion.
