Want To Know About Short Term Courses After MBA(HR)

Subject - Please help me Hi Friends,
I have completed my MBA in HR From a B school in delhi and working as a HR Assistant in educational industry. I am not very much satisfied with the job because most of the work is done mannually.
I have a keen interest to work on payroll softwares and to learn about statutory compliances.
